We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders with no minimum spend and no hidden costs.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimates run from dispatch date. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volumes or events outside our control.
All orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product branding visible externally. Temperature-sensitive products include appropriate cold-chain materials. Please follow storage instructions upon receipt.
A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order is collected by our courier. Use the tracking link to monitor delivery in real time.
Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us — contact us to arrange reshipment.
